West Vancouver Full House Renovation
This family home was built in the 1960’s and had undergone several “Frankenstein” renovations over the years, leading to mismatched finishes and awkward layouts. The HVAC system was inefficient, barely cooling or warming the home, and the air quality was quite poor. We collaborated with Christine Shandro Design to create a uniquely beautiful, comfortable, well-configured home tailored to homeowners’ lifestyle. The flowing oak handrail on the staircase, with hidden storage beneath the stairs is the feature piece when entering the home. The kitchen and bathrooms were all completely re-built for joy-of-use and timeless style. The homeowners now enjoy fresh air indoors, at just the right temperature, thanks to new high performance windows and a completely re-configured air duct system.
