Kerrisdale Residence Renovation
The homeowners purchased this large condo to provide plenty of extra space for visiting grandchildren. The existing space had incredible views, but a dated and tired interior. Collaborating closely with the homeowners and Sunny Bae Design, we came up with a game plan to modernize the space without losing its elegance. We completely gutted and re-built the kitchen and bathrooms while selectively updating the finishes elsewhere. Removing the old wallpaper, re-finishing the original oak floors, and selectively updating the mouldings gave this condo a fresh, yet elegant look.
