Lonsdale Penthouse
Complete demo and rebuild of a dated 2 level, 1800 SF penthouse. Maximized sightlines, comfort and storage by moving the laundry room, opening up the kitchen, and reconfiguring the stairs. To keep this south facing suite cool (it used to get hot even on sunny winter days!) the windows were replaced and an air conditioning system installed.
