A 3rd floor was added to the original 2 storey home. The original roof and main floor were removed and the original foundation was reinforced. Then the main floor was re-built and a new 3rd floor and roof were added. All new mechanical and electrical systems were installed to meet modern energy efficiency and home comfort standards. 3 bedrooms, laundry room, and 2 ensuites are located upstairs. The main floor holds the kitchen, dining room, guest bathroom, and home office. The basement contains a family recreation room and a legal rental suite.
