James Woodcock
Joining the company in 2015 as a partner, James brings his expertise in custom new home construction to Traslo West Contracting. For 5 years, James supervised all aspects of custom new home construction for Overton Construction. Leading up to this role, James was a project coordinator for Wallmark Homes and a foreman in Scott Construction's Special Projects and Renovations Division.
James holds Bachelor's Degrees from BCIT in Construction Management and Business Administration. Committed to ongoing education, he regularly attends industry seminars and workshops.
James was born and raised in Vancouver where he lives with his wife Caroline and their two children. They are active members at Vancouver Lawn and Tennis Club and enjoy spending time outdoors in and around the city.
Patrick Anderson
After apprenticing with Terris-Lightfoot Contracting Ltd. for 5 years, Patrick started Traslo West in 2011.
Patrick grew up in Vancouver and graduated from UBC Commerce in 2003. He has also completed courses at BCIT on building science, building code (BCBC and VBL), carpentry, and drafting.
Patrick and his wife Cecylia live with their sons in Vancouver. They enjoy time with family and friends, and staying active in the great outdoors.
